How does it start?
With a one-hour conversation with a partner, with no commitment. We talk about your vision, your context, your critical decisions and your priorities. The assessment scope comes out of that.
How long does an engagement last?
The assessment takes two weeks and is delivered on day 10. If implementation follows, it lasts 90 to 180 days. Targeted advisory supports specific decisions.
How are fees set?
By sector, scope and volume, with no preset packages. With the profile of the problem, we propose the fee in the same conversation.
What about confidentiality and deliverables?
Confidentiality runs both ways, under a strict protocol. The deliverables stay with you. The firm keeps an editable copy only if you authorize it.
Who does the work?
A partner leads and signs every engagement. Depending on the sector, we add guest specialists from outside the firm and form an extended team.
